Dropped a insurance repair phone off on a Friday for my ultra s25. The only screen they had didn't fit according to their representative. You really can't trust somebody with your phone if they have one screen and you drop it off on a Friday and don't get it back until Monday. I eventually went to the T-Mobile store and I bought an s26 to upgrade the Ultra s25. I wasn't happy leaving my phone there over the weekend when they should have had a screen replacement that was able to be used the day I delivered it. That's not same... read more
