First of all I would like to thank James....awesome associate I was having problems with my phone didn't know how to fix it ,and my husband took me to batteries and bulbs, which I thought was 🤪 crazy..but husbandwas right James was awesome and fix my problem thank you so much...feeling satisfied
I just went to get my phone fixed the damn selfie cam is basically the back camera called to see what can be done but was told it wasn’t them that they don’t touch the camera i can’t even take selfies or anything because it’s not put right wasted 90$ for no reason could’ve went to refurb solutions pay 75 to fix it n camera be working
If you need work done on your phone this is the place to go. Got my phone screen replaced and got my phone back the next day
Horrible, I went in with a battery for my truck a year old with a 3 year warranty and was refused a new battery. I had to jump my truck in their parking lot to get home. They were blaming me for the battery. What's the purpose of paying for a warranty if they will not stand behind it. I've bought multiple batteries from them and they treated me like I was at fault. This is the store on florence blvd, Casa Grande , Arizona.
