Today I had the excitement of dealing with customer service employees. I went in to get a screen replaced for my phone. Zach seemed excited and ready to tackle the issue. Somehow we talked about Christmas movies and then the pains of repairing phones. I once was trained on iPhone and we shared small talk of today's technology.
