Needed a new car battery. Shopped online. Decided on batteries plus because I got 18% discount for signing up for their email… was supposed to get a discount and the $22 core deposit. Secured the discount at the store when I got the battery installed. They did not give me my core deposit back. Even after I said something about it. Anthony was really great, he made sure I bought the right battery, not the one I thought I needed when I came in, let me test it and the lighter I purchased before leaving the store, and his overall good spirits made my day 😄 He also shared a ton of expertise with me, from the difference between lithium and alkaline batteries to instructing me on how to use my battery charger and lighter!
