Anthony was really great, he made sure I bought the right battery, not the one I thought I needed when I came in, let me test it and the lighter I purchased before leaving the store, and his overall good spirits made my day 😄 He also shared a ton of expertise with me, from the difference between lithium and alkaline batteries to instructing me on how to use my battery charger and lighter!
They were very helpful, both in terms of helping me find what I needed, and they went above and beyond for customer service!
We purchased a key fob for my dad's van 3 years ago when he had advanced dementia and were not able to get back over to pick it up until today. With zero hassle they are cutting and programming the fob today, 3 years later.
I had a very small old clock that needed some sort of battery. I took it to Battery Plus and they had the battery in stock and put it in the clock for me . Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well stocked shelves.Thanks Battery Plus.
