I went to this service center for a screen replacement. While the screen itself was repaired, the technician ruined my front-facing camera lens during the process. The lens now has noticeable white residue/scratches, causing terrible flare and severely degrading photo quality. When I showed them the issue and even compared it with my older iPhone 14 Pro, they brushed it off, claiming it was a "different model" and making ridiculous excuses about the blue anti-reflective coating. I went into Batteries Plus thinking I needed a new motorcycle battery. I purchased a new one and the gentleman behind the counter who sold it to me made a comment that made me think - maybe my old battery was fine. So I asked if he could test it and he happily agreed. When he tested it, he told me there was nothing wrong with my old battery and offered to allow me to return the one I had just purchased. That’s called honest business and that’s why I will only do business with this store in the future.
