RAY IS A WIZARD IN DISGUISE. Completely repaired my phone in the time it took to get a beverage from Panera next door. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, highly skilled, I was very impressed by both his customer service and his abilities. Watching him work was really wild, he can hold a conversation while doing work that would give experienced engineers a headache.

My phone died mid use, figured I needed a new battery. Met gen. Mngr RAY, after diagnostic discovered it was mother board. Went and bought a new phone, but nothing could be transferred over due to old phone wouldn't boot up. Ray worked some serious magic, removing parts to trick the phone IE: heat shield, cameras and I don't know what else...He successed, I walked out of there with all my contacts, apps, photos. Ray your a rock star, I Sooo appreciate YOU!
Great service. Ray really knew his stuff, picked up a new generator battery, replaced two watch batteries and changed my key fob battery in a matter of seconds. So efficient!!
