This store was a joke. I say was because they are permanently closed as of today. They jacked me around on an X2 power battery for a month after paying for it. I spoke with the totally unhelpful manager and he said the battery is in the Moline location and will be shipped but then only responded with “I don’t know” for every answer. The pictures attached of the email sent to corporate reflects 3 weeks of wasted time dealing with the Blair’s Ferry location. Still waiting for a response from corporate which I’m sure we won’t get. Really frustrating as that’s the battery we want and can’t buy from any other business.
Some of the best customer service I've had in a while. They don't sell you anything you don't need and the prices are very good and they take old batteries and bulbs.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Helped me find what I was looking for and completed a quick battery install despite the frigid temperatures.
Bought a battery for our vehicle at Batteries+Bulbs located at 266 Blairs Ferry Rd in Cedar Rapids Iowa Nick was the person that I dealt with. He was so nice to install it for us. He was very personable and professional. He went the extra mile in order to accommodate me.
