Super super helpful staff. Been there twice, left twice with esoteric model numbers on sticky notes for things I needed. I dig the lifetime key fob battery subscription too. The corporation looks like it's demanding a lot of script and upselling from cashiers lately, so I also feel kinda sorry for the guys having to do all that.
My key fob for my car died, happened to go into a nearby Batteries Plus and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I was asked for my phone # and was told that in 2022, I bought a battery for my fob and I paid a little more for a replacement plan, so I paid nothing more today. Great service, gained knowledge on other batteries they offer. Thank you!
Staff were very helpful in answering my question.
Just had a car battery installed. Great service and took just 15 minutes!
