I’m very disappointed with Batteries + bulb. They advertise warranties and stand behind their products in words, but not in action. When my battery failed well within the warranty period, they made excuses, shifted blame, and refused to honor the coverage I was promised. Instead of taking care of a loyal customer, they lied about the terms and tried to push me into buying a new one. Battery is only 4 months old. I don't know if they get a lot of demand for Kyocera E4810 flip-phone batteries, but they instantly knew how to find what I needed and had it readily in stock for $40, saving my primary phone from a boot loop its aging battery had gotten caught in. Thanks so much!
