Don worked his magic on my Spark battery for my dental loupes! The online store for orascoptic has been down for quite some time and both of my batteries would no longer hold a charge. My screen on my phone broke and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Kevin who was so patient and kind. The store was about to close and he took the time to assist me and figure out what I needed and if they had it in stock.
