My husband's phone had been acting up and we took it here to see if someone could help us. Don without hesitation took the phone and worked on it for a few minutes and had it working in no time. Ordered batteries for my golf cart from the Sun City Center location. They actually came out to my house and did the install for the 6 new batteries and took away the old ones for me. The installer, Garrett, did a wonderful job. He was very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this business for all of your battery needs!
Don is a samsung expert! I was referred here by samsung customer service to have a diagnostic run on my S21 due to a sim card malfunction. Don was very knowledgeable as to the problem with the the phone and although it could not be repaired, he took his time explaining it to me and was very thorough about why it could not be repaired. If I ever have a problem with my new S25 I will definitely return to have Don help!
Fast and amazing service! They are the only ones I will trust with my electronics!
