I called the VW dealership for a new battery, and not only did I have to make an appointment for 3 days out, but they wanted over $300 for the job. I called Batteries Plus and Aaron said to come in and he could get me taken care of in about 30 minutes. Aaron was great, he put me into a maintenance free battery that had a 4-yr warranty with a higher crank capacity than the VW dealership battery with a 3-yr warranty and less crank capacity. I had originally made a phone fix appointment. However, the business was closed due to a holiday, which is understandable, but I feel if it wasn't supposed to be opened I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment. So not only did I waste my time that first day I then got a phone call today and was told to bring my phone in before 6 PM tonight. The man asked me could I leave my phone overnight?
