I brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement, and it somehow left with a cracked screen—damage that absolutely was not there when I dropped it off. What’s worse is that it’s now been over a month and they still haven’t fixed the screen. Absolutely terrible. I took my phone in to get my battery replaced on my phone. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and half, instead it took a little over 2 hours. Not only did it take that long, they weren’t able to replace the battery and they broke my screen while they were at it. They said they were going to call me back after I called them in the morning, and they didn’t I had to call them again to find out what was going on.
