Great experience ordering and picking up four 6V batteries for a scissor lift.
Neland is the best! I had a literal battery emergency when an auto parts store sold me the wrong battery for my van. I had to get this battery changed before Spring Break with the family. I was rushing to return the wrong battery and head to Batteries Plus to get the right battery, but I was 5 minutes away and they closed in 2! Desperate I called the store and Neland answered. He was more than happy to stay open until I got there. I will be coming back. Amazing service
I had ordered an electronic and was wanting to use it on a Sunday. I thought they wouldn't be open and I really needed to get this done today. When I drove over there sure enough it was open and there was a girl there that knew just what I needed. She tested my battery and it was dead even though I just opened the package. We found this very small 12 Volt battery. I knew I wouldn't find it at jsut any store. I was so happy that I could get in and get out to finish the job I was using my new electronic that I had to wait for.... read more
