The two people we spoke to were very nice, and they were able to repair my phone. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM and showed up at 8 AM. I was the first one there. I was assured that the technician who did not come in until 9 o’clock would look at my phone right away as soon as she got there, but when we came back after having dropped off the phone, she was working on somebody else’s keys and had not even looked at my phone yet (at 9:45). They had the key fob battery when no one else did. Everyone was super kind.
Battery plus replaced the broken back glass on my 2 year old Samsung phone and it is good as new. Highly recommend.
Do not waste your time! Got here Friday at 445p to get a key and Fob made and they said there was no technician. So I scheduled it for Monday morning "Andy" Checked the schedule and set my time for 10am. I drove a hour to get this done. Totally paid for, arrived at 950am...and now I'm told the technician doesn't come in til 11am! Please don't waste your time or money!
