I arrived at batteries plus prior to their scheduled opening time of 8 AM. I wanted to be sure to be the first one in due to scheduling constraints. Kris was efficient, provided information regarding the replacement batteries and their warranties. He also installed the batteries and it was quite cold for him to do so. Really appreciate the great service I received from Kris. Keep up the great work!
Don’t get your phone screen repaired here. Several months ago I brought in my iPhone 15 Pro as it had a very small crack in the corner. The screen itself though worked great just wanted it fixed for aesthetic reason reasons, and the fact that my husband was going to start using it. When we got the phone back it seemed to work great for the first minute or two in the store.
