Batteries plus is the absolute best when it comes to all batteries, from household to automotive and even boats and RVs. The service is always impeccable and they carry high quality products.
Michael at this story was a lifesaver! I was visiting from out of town when my phone screen busted making getting around impossible. Not only were they CRAZY fast, but he patiently helped me coordinate with my phone provider to get it covered. This is also the nicest and cleanest Batteries Plus I've ever been in. Stellar service - thanks Michael and team!
Bought a new battery and thought all was fine. Hooked it up and my bike wouldn't turn. Took the battery back and was told it needed to be charged. Brought it home and still wouldn't work. Had the battery tested and found it still wouldn't hold a charge. Took the battery back and asked for a refund but apparently because it was hooked up at one point that was null and void. I didn't know I was supposed to test a new battery before I hooked it up but I guess that's how these guys get you.
Had appointment to get new phone battery, according to website it was in stock. When I arrived employee look for battery then told me it wasn't in stock. Told one could be ordered & should arrive in week to 10 days.
Excellent Customer Service at every level.
