A very friendly and knowledgeable staff person approached me as soon as I entered the building and asked if he could help me. I explained the problem I was having with my car remote and he knew exactly what the issue was and he knew what needed to be done to fix the issue. Their web catalog is wrong when it comes to some Harley batteries. Luckily the counter person made a correction but it did end up costing about $20.00 extra.
Great customer service. I needed the battery in two key fobs changed. I was greeted right away and in and out in five minutes.
