Very helpful. Although they didnt have what I was looking for (mostly because it's a really weird shaped battery), they still tried hard to find something that would work.
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff person approached me as soon as I entered the building and asked if he could help me. I explained the problem I was having with my car remote and he knew exactly what the issue was and he knew what needed to be done to fix the issue. Within 10 minutes after handing over my remote to him, he had it fixed and said it was a simple fix and I didn't need to pay for it.
