Paid about $300 to have my screen replaced here, first one was defective and broke 15 min later. Had to drive 20 min to the Burnet location for them to replace it, but apparently that was the extent of my warranty? The new screen worked for about two weeks with some defects around the edges (didnt care) but now my screen has entirely come off. This place is NOT RELIABLE. Just go to apple for screen replacement. Dont waste your money.
Prices are too high compared to the poor quality they deliver.
The woman behind the counter was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place for how good their staff is.
Unbelievably bad customer service and totally unapologetic about it. Must be nice to be in a business where you don't have to care at all about anything. To follow up, they want you to call the 800 number below if you've had a bad customer service experience. That's just a rabbit hole into even worse customer service. I have no idea why anyone would buy anything from these clowns
