Every time I come here I feel like I’ve stepped back in time to a retail space where the employees are genuinely passionate about what they do, care about the customer, and know their products. I won’t buy batteries anywhere else after this experience.
Chris at Batteries Plus on South Lamar was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was also thorough, making sure everything was just right for me. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
I ordered an auxiliary battery online because it was a decent price compared to other places and they also promoted free installation:) well, I go pick up my order the next day and the guy working starts packing up my order when I interrupted and said “I actually need help installing that” and he said “we don’t install those here” when literally the posters outside on their windows AND the website says they do..
