When I walked in to have the black screen replaced on my phone, I was greeted with a smile by 2 nice gentleman. They were eager to help and sympathized with my frustration. They gave me a time when my phone would be ready and it was. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus!

Key fob has been giving me issues for months due to the design and way it's made, the buttons inside the fob aren't held in place by normal methods. Joseph has helped me more than once but on my most recent visit, he took the time to work on my fob and restore everything to like new working order. The whole team during my visit were polite, punctual and helpful but Joseph really went above and beyond NOT with the goal of pushing to make a sale but with the goal of serving and helping the customer. My wife needed her phone repaired, the process couldn't have been any easier. Fantastic service start to finish! We got a call the same day and ahead of time to give us a warning the repair was almost complete. They were very professional, helpful and very pleasant to talk to. They were also very informative on future repairs that may be needed. Thank you, such customer service is rare! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
