First time purchase and it will be the last time at BatteriesPlus, bad experience with this company, Placed an online order on 12/21/2025 for a Duracell AGM Automotive Battery to pickup in store at Madison Heights, MI #655 , it took 4 business days to get it because the product was not in stock, I went to pick it on 12/26/2025 after getting an email from the store that the battery was in stock for pickup, when I got to the store the clerk who helped me was in a very bad mood, he got me the battery and the battery didn't look... read more
They were unable to apply my warranty because I got my car battery from the Novi location and despite several calls made prior did not tell me this until I showed up
