The guys at the Richmond Indiana store were awesome. I came in with a bad replacement remote that I got when I bought the car, and they weren't sure whether or not we would be able to program a new one but they gave it a go and they were able to. In the process of programming my new fob, the battery on my car died. I have had this car about 3 weeks and specifically checked to see if the battery was new when I bought it. I stopped by this Batteries Plus location this morning at 8:05 AM to pick up a key fob battery. The door was open, so I walked in, thinking they were ready for business. Instead, I was abruptly told to leave the store the damn open sign is not on by the gentleman who opened up, Very disappointing experience—especially considering how simple and quick my visit could have been.
Nice experience. Way better than a parts store. Make this your first choice when looking for auto batteries because they are less expensive and a better quality. I am sold on them.
