Honestly. They are rude and it has been OVER a month we been waiting on our bulbs & we called cause we hadn't heard anything. & turns out they have the bulbs & never even called us.
I was able to walk into Batteries Plus in Richmond Indiana and have my battery replaced in my iPhone within a couple hours. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure my phone worked correctly beI left. I recommend Batteries Plus.
Outstanding Service. Had to order heavy duty 6- 6 volt golf cart batteries. Talked to the staff at the Richmond In. Store. Was told they would be available around 2:00 on Friday, received a call at 2:01 that the batteries were in. Excellent professional service. The new batteries are installed on my Houseboat inverter system and preforming great. Thanks Batteries Plus
The guys at the Richmond Indiana store were awesome. I came in with a bad replacement remote that I got when I bought the car, and they weren't sure whether or not we would be able to program a new one but they gave it a go and they were able to. In the process of programming my new fob, the battery on my car died. I have had this car about 3 weeks and specifically checked to see if the battery was new when I bought it.
