Great crew! Owners suck though
I was in your store yesterday looking for a weird lightbulb for a rechargeable lamp. Justin was very helpful and did a bunch of research to help me. I just wanted to give him a shoutout and I hope his boss will see this. Sometimes customer service in any retail establishment these days is lackluster and Justin was the exception. I left with a great feeling about doing business with your store in the future. Thank you, Justin.
Justin was very helpful on the phone and in person with the repair to my iPad screen. He called to let me know that the repairs were done that same day. Fair price and professional, friendly customer service.
WARNING, Do not purchase a Cellhelmet Tempered Glass cellphone screen protector. I purchased one for $42.39 for a Samsung S22 and was told by sales employee it had a lifetime warranty and I could return it to the store for replacement if needed. When I returned to the store for a replacement, with my receipt, they informed me that they do NOT honor the warranty.
Super helpful and had what I needed for an older iphone model! Would highly recommend
