Spent a bunch of money with them over the years. Was brand loyal, to a fault... Got my wife a new battery in April 2024, it’s already not holding a charge after only 11 months. Brought it to them to get a replacement (30 minute drive each way) now they need to hold onto the battery for 2 days in order to test it before they are willing to honor the warranty. Great service. From the young man @ the location. I was down in Daytona Beach for bike week traveling from Ohio. And needed a motorcycle battery. He was extremely helpful & also helped put the new battery on the motorcycle. Very knowledgeable & 5 star services. Would tell anyone to shop the store for a battery.. love the store. Thanks again..
