Very friendly and Helpful
Bought one of their blue car batteries for my Jeep. It doesn’t hold a charge even though the alternator is working. Went to Batteries Plus Port Orange three times because the battery is supposed to be under their warranty. Each time they would not honor the warranty saying they can’t be sure it’s the battery. My dad bought a car battery recently and it quit working as well. They would not honor that warranty either. I made appointment on phone got there a little early but Dan I believe is his name , took me right away. He explained the process of the new battery for my iPhone. It took less than one hour. Very nice and knowledgeable.
Would be a no star if I had the option! I purchased a group 48 12vt ultra platinum battery online. It included free installation. When I arrived I was told there would be an installation charge because they watched on U tube how to install it and that it would take 2 people. There is no room for 2 people to work in the area where the battery is located in the ford explorer. I guess one would be a supervisor!
