I always get my batteries for watches and key fobs here. They have great service and the lifetime replacement is worth it. Also, they fixed a problem with my key fob that was not related to the battery, but they've seen it enough to know what to do.
Customer service has become a lost art in this day and age, but not at this store. I called looking for an auxiliary battery for my car. The first person was honest in telling me that the one they had had a damaged terminal and offered to have a new one transferred from another store. The transfer was completed so I went for the installation - Zack was courteous and efficient. He also tested the main battery to ensure it was in good shape. Dylan was very knowledgeable on the repair of my phone. Dylan provided me with the upmost Customer service he gave me an. approximate time frame. He also answered any questions I had. Thanks Dylan! I don’t have pictures of the repair but my phone is as new. 😊
