Outstanding customer service. The sales person went above and beyond to assist my need for battery replacement and honoring the warranty on it. This store's staff always ready to help thank you.
I went to get a new key fob for my car programmed and re-keyed. I brought my own key fob and they were able to program it and re-key it quickly as a walk in. They were one of the few in the area that offer the service and I appreciate the quickness as well as the attention to detail. They were quick and professional and made sure everything worked well and the key was cut right. Typically they are always knowledgeable and convenient. Their prices seem fair and competitive. You can join their “lifetime” service for batteries of watches, key fobs and phones and get it replaced for free in the future. I will say if you need to have a key fob programmed and a new key cut, be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes. That part sucks but all in all, they are a good store.

Great experience at this store. Customer service was excellent, battery price was exceptional, free install that happened right away with a battery in stock for my car and a 4 year warranty. Thank you Evan for taking care of me.
