Referred to this location due to being near by. 18650 battery was not in stock…said they would order…one week no word, checked in and got an excuse ….one week later again and still nothing. Seems to be the same CS of other poorly managed locations these days… Unreliable for a simple battery.
This place is awful!!! I bought a battery for my daughter’s car online. Said I would pick up at store. But they said at the store they would have to order it. Will take a week they said. I wouldn’t have bought it from them if I had to wait a week. Online does not check to see if in-store pick up is even possible. Waisted an hour at least. Waisted gas going to store. Another half hour waisted and have to wait for my refund. Terrible app. Terrible store. Thumbs down!!!!!!!
I recently purchased a battery for my ford f 150 and the battery failed not to mention it costed $400 dollars.I brought it back when it failed and after talking with the employee he told me I had to leave it there for two days to test it .
