Excellent source of automotive batteries. I have purchased batteries for a few antique cars that I have, and even a starter battery for a whole house Generac back up generator and lawn tractors etc. If they don't have a specialty unit I need they're helpful in ordering them in, and getting them quickly. The store staff is always helpful and had great knowledge of their products.
I needed my phone screen replaced and found that they had several appointments available on the same day. The wait time was about an hour, so I waited in the showroom. Many customers came in, mostly elderly individuals who needed batteries changed in their watches. The staff were pleasant, patient, and efficient. I was very pleased with their service. Great service 👏. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just needed a new battery for my car.They installed it right there for me.Free of charge. It was raining and they even walk us to the car with their umbrella.Very nice people in this store
Excellent employees and service at the Seekonk MA store. I have a Mazda CX-5 which I needed an additional key fob programmed for. Brought one in and Josh helped me out with all the proprietary Mazda programming. He really knows his stuff. I recommend Batteries Plus. Thank you Ken
