Owner threw a fit because I returned a battery to the store after the package had been opened. The store ordered the wrong battery, but I didn't find out until I opened the package and tried to use the battery in my cellphone. Carl Tripp, the owner, said to me- "who the hell does that?" as I attempted to return the battery. He treated me like a criminal because I tried to return a $13 battery. I tried to explain what happened, but he became extremely aggressive (verbally, not physically) and told me to "get out of his store"... read more
I am very happy with the quality of products that I have purchased from Batteries Plus and the customer service was outstanding .
batteries Plus is always a great place to go when you need some specialty items. I got my key fob replaced and they cut the key got it programmed and I was out the door. very friendly very knowledgeable and I will always go back them when I If I need via key fobs replaced for any of my vehicles.
