I needed my phone screen replaced and found that they had several appointments available on the same day. The wait time was about an hour, so I waited in the showroom. Great service 👏. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just needed a new battery for my car.They installed it right there for me.Free of charge. It was raining and they even walk us to the car with their umbrella.Very nice people in this store
Excellent employees and service at the Seekonk MA store. I have a Mazda CX-5 which I needed an additional key fob programmed for. Brought one in and Josh helped me out with all the proprietary Mazda programming. He really knows his stuff. I recommend Batteries Plus. Thank you Ken
Came here to have my phone fixed through my assurant insurance and was very pleased. The person who fixed my phone did so in a timely manner and was very kind. I got an appointment the same day and my phone screen was fixed the same day.
All in all, it was an ok experience. This was just under a thousand dollar purchase. The price was fair and the batteries I wanted to buy were in stock. Unfortunately when I got home with my new batteries, one of the batteries was not correct. I called the store and the person I spoke to was very slow to understand the problem and I got the impression they thought I was trying to pull something over on them.
