I had a great experience at Batteries Plus! I needed a new battery for my car, and not only did they have exactly what I needed in stock, but they also installed it for free — which was a huge plus. Batteries Plus stands by their warranty!! I can't recall the store associates name, but she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a blue top AGM battery fail on me after ~2.5 years, they ran a few tests, confirmed it was no good. Pulled a brand new battery off the shelf, we swapped it out in the parking lot and I was on my way. Completely hassle free, easiest warranty claim I've ever dealt with. BP has a customer for life, went back the same day and bought a new battery for my ATV.
Went in today to get my garage door, battery replaced, and my key fob. Cory, the owner went above and beyond making sure that my keys and batteries were taken care of. He even offered me the Lifetime battery option. I will definitely be back. The store was clean and had everything I needed!!
People are great but if you leave your battery make sure you mark it cuz when you get your battery back it might not be the same one. The person that took my battery out and put it back in my car even said not the same battery so mark it before leave it
