We went here because the batteries for our RV stopped working. We purchased them about a year ago and needed two new ones. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We ended up purchasing two Group 31 batteries. The whole process was quick and easy. Terrible customer service, had the displeasure of working with Ruben, who was thoroughly rude as soon as I walked in. Would not use this location, there are other stores with far better customer service. Took my battery which I was bringing in under warranty and left to go to another branch.
Horrible experience, I purchased a battery for my vehicle back in 2023. 1 year in the battery started giving me issues. My car wouldn’t start after sitting for more than two days. I took the battery in, they tested and charged it and told me it was a good battery and my car was the issue. They told me it had a parasitic drain. I check for this myself and take my vehicle to the dealership only to find that there’s absolutely no drain.
