I ordered a battery for pick up this past Sunday. The Website, Voicemail, and Invoice I received via e-mail all indicate that that the store was open from 10 am - 3pm. I drive over to the store only to find that there is a note on the door indicating that the store is closed on Sunday. I call the store on Monday to ask if they could ship the battery to me (the store is about 30 miles away from my house) and asked if they could ship the battery to me and was told it wouldn't be possible. Bigger male worker there is so un enthusiastic about his work. Came in looking for an optima . They didn’t have it in stock and I totally understand, but the way he holds himself up, seems like he doesn’t want to help or doesn’t even want to be there. You have to be more enthusiastic about your work smile and be more helpful. He just seems so lazy and wasn’t happy to help me. No thanks I’ll give my business somewhere else. Great service! Very quick and very friendly!
Placed an order for store pickup and Jason called me the next day letting me know it was ready. I stopped by and Jason greeted me and asked what brought me in their store today. I let him know about my order, he got it quickly and I was out within 5 minutes. He also helped reassure me that it was the right battery for my application.
