They weren't able to provide the repairs I needed since they didn't have a component on hand that was needed but they really tried, even staying after hours since my device is paired with medical equipment. They were able get the phone back in working order until I could get it somewhere that had the component to actually fix it.
The staff at the Burnett road Austin store was fabulous. They went to a lot of trouble to help me verify the proof of purchase. This involved multiple phone calls to another store to ensure the car battery was still in warranty. The battery was promptly replaced. They were friendly and knew their products. The old battery was thoroughly tested to ensure it had indeed developed a problem(after 2 1/2 years of use). I had a great customer experience!
Came in looking for a battery and came out in amazing time with amazing customer service!!
