They were great. Very nice and did not overcharge. I would absolutely recommend making a stop by them before the Apple Store

Today I visited this store to buy a small electronic part. I was the only customer in the store, but the employee at the counter did not help me. He started talking on the phone, then went to the back of the store, and when he came back he just continued working on the computer and kept ignoring me. I needed batteries replaced in 2 key fobs, plus I needed a copy of a key to be used if I needed to manually unlock my car for some reason. I walked into the store and was greeted warmly. I did have questions and I got very clear answers that were easily understood. I was not just another customer - I felt like a valued person in a genuinely nice (and professional) atmosphere. UPDATE: Contacted the corporate support line, they kicked it back to the store who I've yet to hear back from. It's been two months, they aren't reaching out. TLDR: BatteriesPlus sold me an incorrect part that was either used or defective and refused to return or exchange the battery. If you do purchase a battery with them, take pictures of the battery terminals and check the voltage before you leave the store. I would recommend avoiding this store and BatteriesPlus as a whole.
