UPDATE: Contacted the corporate support line, they kicked it back to the store who I've yet to hear back from. It's been two months, they aren't reaching out. TLDR: BatteriesPlus sold me an incorrect part that was either used or defective and refused to return or exchange the battery. If you do purchase a battery with them, take pictures of the battery terminals and check the voltage before you leave the store. I would recommend avoiding this store and BatteriesPlus as a whole. Service was fast and friendly. Battery was in stock, installed and out in less than 30 minutes.
After 10 days of car trouble, multiple jump starts, and visits to 3 different auto shops that couldn’t pinpoint the issue - Bailey and Scott at this location solved my problem in minutes. They changed my battery in both my key fobs (only charged for one) and changed my car battery, with free installation. Fast, honest, and solved my problem in minutes. I highly recommend this location. Can’t praise them enough for helping me in my time of need.
Excellent place! I had my phone for screen repair and the entire staff was outstanding, very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, friendly and caring (manager Scott & techs Collin, Kaelin, Coby), checking all the functionality of the phone, replacing the screen in record time (and even freely adding the screen protector I bought and asked them to put after the fix). Mgr Scott is leading by example, highly professional, knowledgeable, polite and caring. I strongly recommend this place!
Batteries Plus on Burnet Road has always been so helpful. Here’s an example of how they went above and beyond the call of duty! Many years ago when my daughter was little, she had a cheap little Dory toy she got in a Happy Meal or something like that. When you pressed Dory’s fin she made the “ooooaaah” sounds she does in Finding Nemo to speak to the whales. It was adorable.
