I was there yesterday because my car broke down in the parking lot. The two gentleman working there tried to help me in every way they could. Checking the battery, trying to move it, letting me stay in the store to charge my phone and being soo kind and helpful. While I didn’t purchase anything they way they went out of their way to help someone in need will be something I’m always grateful for.
Walked in looking for a small part for my battery and they graciously found one in the back at no charge - will definitely be back to that location for all my needs !
Jake was awesome! I showed up to the store and he got me a new battery installed in 20 minutes. It was seriously such a huge lifesaver and he was very knowledgeable. I was referred here by a coworker/friend of mine who also had a great experience!
Excellent service at Batteries Plus in Eden Prairie from Bennie. I needed a watch battery changed in my Timex watch. It took less than 5 minutes and I enjoyed speaking with him. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
