This afternoon, my family and I became stranded when our Suburban broke down across the street from Batteries Plus in Southern Pines. Not knowing what else to do, I walked over to the store to ask for help. One of their staff grabbed a diagnostic tool and a jump box off the shelf and walked back across the street with me to my truck, which was partially blocking the roadway. Definitely, my experience in replacing my phone screen was very quick, very kind guys, 100% recommended.
Tried to arrange a screen warranty repair here through my wireless provider. The part was in stock, but they thought it wasn't in stock, only realizing their mistake after canceling my appointment. As a result I had to spend an hour on the phone with an overseas call center to try and reschedule but because they canceled due to lack of parts, I was unable to rebook my appointment and had to drive all the way to Fayetnam. Very disappointed
Highly recommend for great fast and friendly service. They fixed my screen perfectly . Definitely will be back.
