Thought I needed a battery. Worked with both Brandon and Jacob and after they checked the battery, starter, and alternator they determined it was a bad connection at the terminal. Can’t thank them enough for the help and courtesy. I’ll be going back.

Had an issue with my charging port, unfortunately the day i stopped by the tech wasn't in. So they ordered a replacement. When I came back by to get the new port installed the tech was there and checked out the port. It wasn't damaged just had some debris in it. So he cleaned it out for free and didn't charge me for the ordered part. Great service and I love the integrity. They could have swapped the part and charged me and I'd have never known.
