Had an issue with my charging port, unfortunately the day i stopped by the tech wasn't in. So they ordered a replacement. When I came back by to get the new port installed the tech was there and checked out the port. It wasn't damaged just had some debris in it. So he cleaned it out for free and didn't charge me for the ordered part. Great service and I love the integrity. They could have swapped the part and charged me and I'd have never known.

This afternoon, my family and I became stranded when our Suburban broke down across the street from Batteries Plus in Southern Pines. Not knowing what else to do, I walked over to the store to ask for help. One of their staff grabbed a diagnostic tool and a jump box off the shelf and walked back across the street with me to my truck, which was partially blocking the roadway.
