Brandon and Ashton were great. I purchased a new battery for my Toyota and they did an excellent job. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thanks for a great experience- if you need a car battery this is the spot!
Definitely a joke of a place. High schoolers working behind the counter who act like they work at good burger. Don’t know what they’re talking about. Purchased a battery (under warranty) they gave me the wrong size then refused a return when the battery didn’t work in the first place. Please go elsewhere for your battery needs
Phone wouldn’t work after service was done
I will not come back here I went in to this store to get a key made and all I got is the run around the guy said that he had to order it in the first day that I came and he told me to call Friday morning at 8am so I did and he said give me about an hour and I will call you back so I waited and waited I called back like around 11:45 and he says I found it but I’m leaving for the day out of town well that was a lye I called back a different guy picks up the phone saying that I can’t get it done til Monday but yet I heard him a... read more
I love Batteries Plus. My wife and I have the lifetime batteries for both of our car keys. The employees are always friendly, and normally the wait time is only a few minutes.
