Brought my daughters phone in for a screen replacement. Picked up right before closing time. Checked the phone when I got home and the back has gouges in it where they pried the phone open. Worse yet, the digitizer seems to have been damaged as there is a static bar across the top. Do not go to this branch in Battle Creek....Drew Campbell is unprofessional and will not honor your warranty...I had a 4yr warranty on a battery and because I was at work and my son dropped the battery off and me picking it up the next day he said he can not honor that because my son dropped the battery off.., not me...he was not concerned about the battery charge percentage but more so my son dropped it off and therefore that voids the 4yr warranty!!!! Amanda is super nice and helpful!! This has to b a place to tryout! I have recently been back to Batteries Plus to see Amanda who is super great! I got the best deal ever on my Fob programmed!! This is the first place to go and see Amanda you will be so glad you did!! Thx again Amanda!!!
