The service was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable.
Whatever you do avoid this place I bought a car battery from them six months ago and now my car won’t start when I took it in to see if it was under warranty still, they claim that it wasn’t a bad battery. It was just drained after holding onto my battery for two days and charging it they continued to say that the battery was not looking good, but it wasn’t under warranty. This place is a true scam. Do not waste your money.
Do not recommend Batteries Plus of Battle Creek for iPhone battery replacement or phone work. While working on my husband’s iPhone (to install new battery), they broke the back glass and they broke the pins on the charging portal. It took two weeks for them to send out for repair. We were charged full price. We will not return there again.
Nice staff and they had the 1632 battery that Walmart and Meijer haven't had for some time for my dead FOB's.
Very knowledgeable staff. They did not have solar batteries but they helped me find them
