Andrew is amazing
Andrew saved my backup laptop when I thought I would have to retire it. He removed the damaged/swollen internal battery, ordered a new one and replaced it, ensuring it was charged and working properly. Extremely professional, communicative and helpful. I’m so grateful!

Ordered a battery online went into the store showed my ID and picked up the battery. It was fast and efficient and the battery was priced fairly.
