I got a new battery for my watch because the Indiglo feature was barely working. Ever since, I have condensation build up inside my watch, making it almost impossible to read. I called the store about it, and was told there was nothing they could do. Since I can't see the time, and the Indiglo feature doesn't work at all anymore, I had to buy a new watch.
The staff at my Batteries Plus store (in Woodbury) were very professional yet easygoing. I felt very comfortable for the duration of my appointment, which is a rare experience for a diehard introvert such as myself. The pricing is on the higher end, but I guess that's the cost of quick and smooth service.
Went to the Woodbury location for phone repair. Too notch customer service! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
They had the very specific battery that I needed. However, it had to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I hadn’t known exactly what I was there for, it would’ve been worse. Don’t count on the staff to have any knowledge about anything in the store. Definitely make sure you your battery is filled before you leave.
Went to this location looking for a battery for a tool. I didn't know the size battery needed which is why I went to the professionals. Immediately I was told if you don’t know the size we can’t help you by the guy doing watch batteries. Not let’s try to figure it out or I think it might be this battery. Only thing saving this review was the other guy behind the counter that looked through scrap batteries and figured out what I needed.
