EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was seriously impressed with my first interaction with this Batteries Plus location. David, Angelo, and...the other guy (sorry...can't remember his name) were very knowledgeable and extremely professional and personal. They were practical in meeting my needs and positive/pleasant while attending to me. Wayda GO, guys! =)
Angelo is our hero! I have an christmas ornament that plays music. This past Christmas the batteries went dead and we replaced them on our own, only to find that it no longer worked. My 6 year old twins were heartbroken. We tried switching the batteries but nothing worked. As my last effort, I took it to the Woodbury location and met Angelo.
