I want to praise the employee who helped me at Batteries Plus in Woodbury. I went there for a unique battery, our garage door opener has a battery backup in case there is a loss of power. I had never seen this type of battery before taking it out of the power box of the opener. He immediately saw what type of battery I needed and led me to where the replacements were located. Firstly, the fact that a battery failed with just over one year of use doesn't give a person warm fuzzies in a product. Secondly, when I got there you had the battery that I truly wanted when, but didn't have at the time when I had to purchase the defective battery. I was excited and said I would gladly pay extra to get the better battery and be happy. NOPE. You pay full price. Why?
