I had the battery in my phone replaced and they did a great job. Without going into all the details- the young man that did the work (I don’t recall his name - I hate to say it) was extremely professional and they stood behind their work which made the whole situation as pain free as possible even though this could of been a horrible situation.
Extremely helpful and friendly when I went in regarding a recent battery issue. Really appreciated the ease and support.
Always have what I need in stock and the staff is knowledgeable on advising on the products to choose from.
Took in my phone and they said the issue was the battery. They replaced it and it still didnt work, I even brought it right back in because it immediately stopped working, and they said it was just a fluke. Well, it wasnt and it did nothing to fix it, and they wont give me any money back whatsoever. Horrible customer service and diagnostic abilities. Save your money and just buy a new phone or go somewhere else. Spent $100 for nothing.
I am always amazed by the quiet professionalism, the attention to detail, and the speed of service by the people at this store. Thank you for servicing my watch !
