Closed out my claim without telling me for no reason.
I wasn't sure this St. Louis area store would honor a lifetime battery warranty I purchased in Denver in 2021. The lovely employee agreed without hesitation, replaced the battery in the key fob for me without being asked and showed me how to open the fob so I can replace it for myself in the future if needed. The young men working at the store treated this 60+ YO woman with courtesy and respect and exceeded my already-high expectations based on prior good experiences with Batteries Plus. Count me as a loyal customer!
The first experience was fine but the exact same problem returned 2 months later. Did not honor warrantee, pretty dismissive attitude taken towards us and told me I must have dropped it. I didn't. Bummer.
Exceptional customer service from James. He had about 5 customers walking in at once as he was working on the battery in my car and incredible how he handled it all. Great service. Will come back for any service. Thank you
Prepaid for a key fab for on 11/24. Told it would be there 11/26. Called them, they were rude about it, said you’ll get a call when it arrives. Called again that weekend, same reaction, you’ll get a call it when arrives. It’s now over a week past due, called again. They said it arrived, but they can’t find it. I asked for a refund, but they can’t do it without a manager. Why is this so hard??? I paid well over $200 just to micromanage your job and it’s still not settled
