My experience at the Batteries Plus on 8041 Watson Rd was horrible. I went there to get a battery replaced and after Jeff (owner) replaced the battery and the fob wouldn't work. Then he said I needed a new fob which I purchased and returned to get the fob programmed. A young guy who worked there programmed the new fob said the old fob worked and probably needed reprogrammed. I told the owner and he said there is nothing I can do in trying to reimburse me part of my money for the new fob. This was his mistake and didn't attem... read more
The experience was great, no waiting for assistance. I do have to return in a few days to pick up the item, so if anything changes I will update my review (this review would have been 5 stars, but I had an issue at a different Batteries Plus location.
This would have been my 4th battery purchase from this store with good results. Previous purchases were direct from store. This one was ordered online with in store pickup. Received email 36 hours later stating "your order has been approved and is ready for pickup in the store". Went in next day, was told it wasn't in yet. "It'll be here tomorrow. I tried to call you, but got message your phone was not a working number." It was and is working. What about the email? "That doesn't come from us." Waited two more days. No call. ... read more
I had the battery in my phone replaced and they did a great job. Without going into all the details- the young man that did the work (I don’t recall his name - I hate to say it) was extremely professional and they stood behind their work which made the whole situation as pain free as possible even though this could of been a horrible situation.
Extremely helpful and friendly when I went in regarding a recent battery issue. Really appreciated the ease and support.
