Bought an expensive battery at Batteries Plus that had a 3-year warranty. At the end of 2 years the battery needed jumping few times. So I took it back and Batteries Plus tested it. They found it faulty and replaced it with a new one. The new one working well as of now.
Easy to order for pickup, friendly staff and prices were approximately 50% cheaper than other businesses.
Although the prices are a bit much, the people that work here are so nice and very helpful.
I have been buying batteries at this Company for all of our familes vehicles for about 6 years. Great service and great batteries.
Alan was very professional, helpful...and honestly just extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Alan made our conversation entertaining and easy and because of him I will definitely be using them for all my battery needs. I am big on personalities and how i'm treated professionally, and Alan was flawless in his professionalism and people skills through and through!
