I went there to get a battery for my cars key pod. The salesman told me he couldn't sell me a battery without buying the $25.00 plan for free batteries after the first purchase.. He said the battery was $7.00 but he couldn't open the key pod unless I bought the plan. Last time I'll ever go to batteries plus.
100% bad customer service. Purchased a battery online in the morning to pick up an have installed that evening. Chose Batteries Plus because the corporate website claimed free installation. Cory who was working the store immediately copped an attitude and said "sorry new corporate policy" no free installs. You gotta pay me $10.00". Straight up wanted to argue with me about it and was willing to let a $210 sale walk over the surprise install fee. I came in today to get my key fob replaced for my car. The store manager Garvin, made it more than easy. He was very friendly and helpful and fast at replacing my key fob, I would give this place 6 stars if I could, thanks again Garvin!
