Easy Online order and store pickup quick in and out
I needed two somewhat "specialty" batteries for work. I figured hey, batteries plus should have them, right? They are a dedicated battery store! Well, they did not. Against my better judgment I ordered two of them while I was there. . It has been over a month and a half with no word on whether they have arrived or not. I decided to order them on Amazon and forget about going back to batteries plus. They were on my doorstep the next day. You can't call yourself a battery store with such poor service and selection. Website says 15% off with code, which I had, in store or on line. They wouldn’t honor it. Says we can only do online, despite what there website said. Will never shop there again. Poor customer service.
