I needed two somewhat "specialty" batteries for work. I figured hey, batteries plus should have them, right? They are a dedicated battery store! Well, they did not. Against my better judgment I ordered two of them while I was there. . It has been over a month and a half with no word on whether they have arrived or not. Website says 15% off with code, which I had, in store or on line. They wouldn’t honor it. Says we can only do online, despite what there website said. Will never shop there again. Poor customer service.
I called today and asked if I could get the 12v Battery in my Sienna Hybrid replaced and they said no. I explained in great detail that it's the 12v and not the hybrid battery. They mixed up the hybrid battery with my normal 12v battery. I looked online and it said they test and replace 12v batteries on hybrids. Batteries Plus was confused and said they couldn't do the job and take my money and help me in a bad situation which is totally wrong. So much for this place.
Came in for a key fob battery replacement, was in and out on 5 minutes. Guy at the front desk was extremely helpful. 10/10 would go back again
So we went to this location just for key fob, and was told it was for $79. For the key and fob together. I was ok, sure that was a good deal compared to a $40 for a fob by it's self. Instead of paying $121! Once it was done we were told the total is $121.31 because HE did NOT mention Nothing about programming FEE! Thats how they got me..$70 JUST FOR PROGRAMMING!! RIDICULOUS! I will ho elsewhere for now on!
