Eric was fantastic!! He helped me replace my car battery and even stayed a bit late to do so. He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process
I tried changing my watch battery at home but didn’t have the right tool to put the case back on. Erik at batteries plus did a solid for me and put the case back together free of charge. The store also had a lot of specialty batteries that the big box stories don’t carry.
I learn so much from their employees.
Worst place to get your Key/FOB done, they are incompetent and scammers. Brought a key to get cut and programmed and got charged beforehand and after payment the Key did not work. They argued was a “different” chip but the key was OEM, and wanted to charge me to program “again” every time they turn the machine on. Walked out and the guys at KeyMe got the job done at my house within 6 minutes and a better price. Will NEVER visit this business BEWARE!
