My phone’s battery started to die quickly the last couple days. I work on my phone and so it’s a must for it to be working well. I went to a competitor’s shop who quoted me $380 to replace the battery and clean out the charging port and I would have to leave my phone there overnight. No answer on my 786 number for multiple phone calls over a 30 minute span. My buddy was called back in less than a minute after his one call. Without calling me. This would have been my 1st time as a customer. Maybe I'll give other locations a chance, maybe not. This was unacceptable. I was calling to see if they had the HEPPC1500DT Odyssey in stock. Your loss.
Best place to get phones fixed. Adam had my screen replaced and ready by the time I was done with paperwork!
I was directed here mistakenly by Samsung for a warranty. Even though they couldn't do the warranty work, the gentleman was very patient and kind as I tried to figure out what to do. I really appreciated the kindness on a frustrating day!
Took my key fob in for a new battery, kid working took it and after a few minutes brought it back and started to tape it shut with scotch tape because he broke the fob. Then says he can order me a new one for about 80.00 and I had to pay for it! I said they should have to replace it since they broke it. He said no, sorry. Then attempted to ring me up for the battery at 14.00 register wouldn’t work so used the other register and the price went up to 17 for 1 battery and my fob broken.
