Amazing customer service still exists. I called yesterday to get info about disposing a spicy pillow (swollen cell phone battery). Eva answered with a caring and helpful tone and completely answered my questions with such a friendly attitude. I came in this morning with the battery and Eva was the one working in store, she was helping another customer when I walked in and addressed me very politely as soon as possible.
