Had to have my tractor battery tested and buy a replacement. Eva was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even insisted on carrying my new battery out to load in my pickup. Very good experience!
As usual when I buy batteries for my solar grid I visited the Norman location. Once again my order was ready when I arrived. The clerk promptly carried all 4 of the heavy batteries to my truck for me. Very friendly and great service. Thank you!

Gained a lifelong customer because of the service provided. Walmart didn’t have a specific generator battery I needed; they did. Noticed they also did key fobs and they could have easily charged me $80 for programing (still cheaper than everyone else) but right before paying they noticed it was just tape over the fob I bought that was causing it to have issues.
Great customer service.
