This store always surprises me at the depth of their knowledge. They understand your problem before you get to the end of your sentence. Eva helped me today and found the odd bulb I needed. She is delightful and went above and beyond what I asked. Great store.
Stellar and they install car batteries.
So I came in on a Saturday morning a little cranky because I hate car issues. And Eva was so incredibly nice and helpful. And immediately made my life easier. New battery was purchased and replaced within 30 mins. Eva saved my day.
Excellent customer service every time I go in this store. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I just say enough about the positive experience I have whenever I go to the Norman store!
