Just hung up the phone after calling the local store in my area..patronized it for over a decade...AI answered.A store one 3 the size of a Dollar Tree yet a real human can't answer..and if you succumb and attempt to deal with this inconsiderate feature and in disgust say you want an employee its a "I understand but perhaps I can help...." screw it,I'll go elsewhere
