My experience was great. I was in serious need of a car battery with 30 minutes til close on a Friday night. Super helpful employee, Ozzie, grabbed my battery, practically ran to my car and. Got me out in 15 minutes. Good job.
Dropped phone off at 230pm, was told to pick up at 5pm. I arrived at 515pm, was told another 15 mins. Didn't receive phone until 6pm. When receiving my phone the back wouldn't close.
My phone cracked on Sunday made an appointment on Sunday at 4pm through t mobile since per t mobile it was a requirement. It didn't say that for any of the other stores so I picked this one expect I to get my phone fixed I get there and there is a sign on the windows saying walk in welcome. I got there just after 330 to be told the screen guy was overwhelmed and had too many phones to fix. Why require appointments but not honor them due to walk ins? Took car to Oak Lawn location to have a new key fob programmed for a Nissan Altima. Their programming attempt failed to program the new key fob and disabled the old key fob, leaving the car inoperable. They suggested that I take tow the car to Transponder City, but offered no assistance in getting the car they disabled towed. I got the car towed to Transponder City, who successfully programmed the key fob in 20 minutes.
They didn't have the piece I did but Ozzy was very helpful in identifying what I needed and helping me find where I could get it since it is a niche item.
