My daughter got her headphone jack stuck in her iPad. The sound was not working. After several tries, I took it here to see what they could do. They were able to get the sound working in no time. Staff was very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend!
Kevin provided top notch service at Batteries Plus. He quickly opened a new Universal Remote i had ordered and couldn't figure out. Within seconds he selected the correct battery, tested the remote to ensure it worked and gave me instruction on how to open the case. I was soon out the door! Jeff was extremely helpful and nice! We had two screws stripped in our magic bands to go to Disney, and he was able to remove both of the screw screws. Highly recommend!!
