I needed a battery for my old (working) Dyson hand held vac… found the replacement on batteries +. Installing it tomorrow
Stay away! My wife tried to purchase a watch battery for me and they wouldn’t sell it to her unless she paid for installation. They used to be so helpful at this store, but not anymore. The same thing happened to the next customer too!
I went in to get two truck batteries to replace the dying ones. The price was good and they had what I wanted. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but the employee was really good. He directed me to a better quality battery and made sure I was happy with the shopping experience.
The guys working this past weekend at the Lake Zurich store were extremely helpful. The battery that I looked up and ordered online wasn't the right one. They help me find one similar to my core and we're able to process the exchange with no issues.
The gentleman that assisted in my battery purchase should be recognized and commended for excellence in customer service.
