Easy on line buying and at store pick up
This place is an absolute joke! spend over $500 in 2 batteries with a 2 year warranty take them back 11 months later and I am told they cannot warranty a battery. Myself and friends in the area have bought over 6 batteries from the crap store and all of them have been garbage. Customer service here is nonexistent . Stay away you are better off getting a battery off market place it will most likely be better quality.
This place always has the friendliest salespeople. The lifetime replacement for my keyfob battery was a great decision - they always have me in and out in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend.
Worse experience with them. Scheduled a phone repair appointment, online it gave me options for certain hours available for repairs 5:30pm been the latest got a called from them telling me that those are hours they are there not the hours they have appointments, well online it says they close at 7pm he stated they close at 6pm. I scheduled at 3:30 get a called stating they cannot doit at that time because incase they need to go to another store to get parts no one will be able to do so.
