The products are good. The service was lacking. I was told by the store manager that the batteries would be at the store in Hudson, WI by 3:00pm. . 8/13/25. I called to confirm. Yes, they were in and waiting. I arrived at stated my time, at 4:00PM. I parked and went to the store (hrs 8am - 7pm) the door was locked store closed. I purchased a deep cell marine battery today in the Hudson. Jen was very helpful. I saw an online discount that she gave me as an in-store discount. I asked for a cart to move the very heavy marine battery to my vehicle. She picked it up, delivered to my car and carried the old one back in the store. Thank you Jen! Agm mower batteries not going above 7 volts was on a tender just past 3 years old $160 battery will buy lead acid next time
Phenomenal service. Fast, friendly, honest and inexpensive. My lightning cable wouldn’t go into my IPhone. I expected to pay a lot and wait a long time. The man at this store fixed it in ten minutes and only charged $10. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
