Felicia is the best! I was sent here for an insurance claim on a T-Mobile phone. She explained the whole process to me and informed me they even do free diagnostics in store! I had absolutely no idea. They also had a lot of really cool items in store that I did not expect. They definitely earned my business with straightforward, stellar customer service.
Was sold an old battery. Went to replace my key fob battery in January, and they conveniently change the batteries behind a partition so you don't see where they get the "new" battery from. Exactly one month later, the battery is low. Will be coming to get my money back and purchasing my own key fob batteries from now on...wasn't aware of how simple it was to change which was my fault.
I called four times in a row but received no answer. The closing time is 7 PM.
