The guy behind the counter did not want to help me. Told me the battery was fine and it was my alternator . Went to dealership and was told it was the battery. Replaced battery at dealership and all is fine. Batteries plus lost my sale and any future sales.
when my battery died, I called and they had the battery. I stayed with my vehicle to remove the battery and sent my wife with our young child. She walked in and said my husband just called about XYZ. They knew exactly what she needed and checked her out. They even carried the battery out for her. Fast reliable service.

The service was poor the guy at the counter was rude he told me his name was John but that was not true. Very inappropriate and insulting. All this happened because he refused to help me install after he installed he left the hood of the car open and was rude about it. I will never come back at this store 3193 come rapid mn.
