Ordered a cell phone battery 16 days ago. After some runaround went to the store today . Found out the order was never complete. Yes I talked to the same person that placed the order. I would like the district manager to get hold of me!!
Needed four 6V batteries for our scissor lift ASAP, Nate saved the day and got us hooked up with new batteries to get us moving again. Great customer service!
The store was clean. The two men that were working were very friendly and helped us with our car battery. The load test was fast and informative and we felt confident buying from that location.
