The service was poor the guy at the counter was rude he told me his name was John but that was not true. Very inappropriate and insulting. All this happened because he refused to help me install after he installed he left the hood of the car open and was rude about it. I will never come back at this store 3193 come rapid mn.

Ordered a cell phone battery 16 days ago. After some runaround went to the store today . Found out the order was never complete. Yes I talked to the same person that placed the order. I would like the district manager to get hold of me!!
Needed four 6V batteries for our scissor lift ASAP, Nate saved the day and got us hooked up with new batteries to get us moving again. Great customer service!
