I wish I got the young man's name but he went above and beyond helping me with my car battery on my Mazda6. I switched out the new X2 I bought in the parking lot and he came out with me and helped me out. It wasn't the easiest battery swap but he helped me through it. I had a great experience. The guys are great and professional and friendly they are honest regarding what you’re going for. They were able to help me with a new screen protector when I went the first time and came back to complete my claim also they kindly put a phone cover on my phone. Went there for a. T-mobile claim. My iPhone 15 is back to normal. Thanks guys.
Don’t waste your money on a lifetime battery replacement. When new owner bought store awhile ago I went in to get battery replaced. I was told they no longer due certain watches. I explained to her I had a warranty and she looked up and changed battery. Go back today and suddenly my information not in computer and rude employee tells me they don’t do expensive watches. I explained my previous experience and was told I’m not the owner and I won’t do it. Great customer service does not exist in this store.
Had to make 2 trips to the store to have my Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus Cell Phone Battery replaced I had appointments both times. The first time they had given my replacement battery to someone else. The second time they installed a battery which I figured since they were a Samsung Authorized Repair Center would be a Samsung Battery. Nope they replaced the battery with a GENERIC BATTERY. If I wanted a GENERIC BATTERY I could have saved $50 and gone someplace else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Battery replacement for my iPhone was prompt and the phone works and charges perfectly. A good Job.
