Friendly and efficient!
The service was great and fast plus I didn’t have to wait for order. It was my first time in the store and I didn’t realize all the different batteries they sale.
Associate came out and seemed to have great knowledge of my situation. Was confident, professional and did the job in below ZERO weather. Great price, service and satisfaction. Would definatly use again or recommend.
Have always been satisfied with Merrillville Batteries Plus especially when Grayson helped me replace my dead car battery Jan 13 . He worked efficiently in below freezing temps & he deserves special recognition.
Went here while in town to get my iPhone battery replacement. The tech was great and super friendly. When I got back to the store to pick up my phone they told me all went well with the battery however something happened with the screen and there was 1 line of pixels that broke during the battery install. He told me that they had already ordered the new part and it would cost me nothing to replace since they were at fault. He gave me a realistic timeline and followed up after the visit.
