Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Vista location. I have an X2 AGM battery ($349) that was not holding a charge and still under the replacement warranty period. I left the battery for the required 48 hours charge and retest. When I returned after 2 days, I was told that the battery was "disconnected by the owner" and I would need to leave it for another 48 hours to retest. Great and friendly customer service. They warranted my batteries no problem. Had to be ordered, took a week to get them but it was during Christmas so totally understand the delay. Will definitely be back. Totally recommend.
I have used BP for at least 15 years for their Odyssey 12v lead-acid (actually gel) battery I use in my vintage Porsche and have always been 100% satisfied with their service. I'm not a typical consumer, because I'm know exactly what I want when I replace this battery. On my latest battery exchange, the BP store was understaffed, attended by a single clerk who was willing to allow me to take the lead on the transaction.
