Outstanding customer service and great selection at good prices
I had a car battery that was under warranty and the store gave every impression that they were trying their best not to honor the warranty. For example, trying to explain away why my old battery wasn't charging on their charger. Asking if I bought the battery at their Batteries plus store and asking to see my original receipt twice to verify the location of the purchase was their store. Why should that make any difference?
