I purchased a battery from this store in June 2023 for my Jeep Cherokee, which came with a 4-year warranty. In December 2025, I woke up to a completely dead battery. AAA came out, jumped the car, and ran a diagnostic confirming the battery had failed. I brought the vehicle to this store to exchange the battery under warranty. The manager, Todd, immediately dismissed the diagnostic and claimed the battery was “fine” and that the issue must be something else. He told me to take it to a repair shop. I did exactly that.
