I had them replace the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro. A little over a month later (right after the timeframe the guy said he wouldn’t be able to do anything about malfunctions) my phones camera stopped working, and a little shortly after that a dead spot in my screen showed up. These guys are rude. I've tried dealing with this store twice. They try up selling constantly and treat you like you don't know anything. I recommend the East Peoria store! Great service there.
I paid using Affirm and don't understand why my core charge was added too bill even tho I had old batteries with me, they are adding what you returned too them on my last payment resulting in a 36% interest charge
I would have given them a negative 100 if possible! Bought a 175 battery for my car lasted less than a year. was'nt used much because car in storage alot. Would not charge. Returned it and they did replace it! but the second one only chrged for about 10 months. We there today, would not replce battery, would not work with me on price of new one, Rude, told me if was my fault. Duracell won't let them replace more than once. Do not expect them to care about working with you! Never again!
They shouldn't say fobs are cut and programmed as you wait. Went there and was told it will be a week and a half till my key arrives after they order it. I'm led to believe i can get it done as a walk in by their statement which is not the case ! I could order one on amazon myself and it would take a few days most likely.
